This role partners closely with software engineers, infrastructure teams, security, and data science teams to improve application reliability, accelerate deployment pipelines, and enable AI/ML workloads in production. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration, and Dev Sec Ops practices while driving operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do

- Build, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services while implementing Infrastructure as Code best practices to support scalable, resilient, and repeatable environments.
- Develop and support containerized application platforms using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), ensuring high availability, performance, and operational excellence across production environments.
- Implement enterprise observability solutions by integrating monitoring, logging, and tracing tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
- Automate operational processes using Python, Bash, Power Shell, and other scripting languages while integrating security controls, AI-enabled Dev Ops capabilities, and Dev Sec Ops practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related cloud engineering role supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and managing AWS cloud environments, including services such as EC2, S3, IAM, KMS, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Lambda, VPC, Security Groups, Route 53, ELB, EKS, ECR, Inspector, and AWS RDS.
- Demonstrated expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, containerization using Docker, Kubernetes orchestration, and modern CI/CD platforms including Harness, Jenkins, Git, Sonar Qube, and JFrog Artifactory.
- Experience developing automation using Python, Bash, Power Shell, Groovy, or Java, with the ability to build self-service Dev Ops capabilities and automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills with experience working across development, operations, infrastructure, security, and data science teams.
- Experience supporting AI/ML operational workloads, including deployment of machine learning models and familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted Dev Ops tools such as Harness AI.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, or Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert.
- Experience with enterprise database platforms including PostgreSQL, Oracle, and AWS RDS, as well as distributed systems observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and New Relic.
- Experience supporting legacy application modernization, including integration with Java, .NET, Angular, COBOL, and Mainframe technologies.
