Description ofJob Duties and Responsibilities
- May perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to:building and grounds maintenance, painting, snow removal, movingand setting up equipment, and assembling furniture.
- May also be asked to assist the skilled crafts area.
Depending upon the assigned duties, qualifications may include someor all of the following: must have the ability to sweep, shovel andremove ice, lift 60 pounds, read and follow instructions, operatelawn equipment, conduct minor repairs, and work in extreme temperatures.
