• Lead and motivate a team of crew members to meet daily sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health regulations.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Develop and coach crew members, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Report sales results and operational performance to corporate management.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
