Novolex is hiring an Extrusion Operator Associate in Mineral Wells, West Virginia. Starting pay is $17.95 per hour with a $1 shift differential, weekly pay, and potential monthly bonus based on plant productivity.
Shift is 6:00pm–6:00am, with room for yearly wage increases and growth opportunities. The role involves setting up extrusion equipment, feeding material, measuring lengths and weights, operating forklifts, recording data, and maintaining quality.
