Mancan Staffing Marietta is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team! The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent production
- Perform quality checks and process inspections throughout production
- Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and all safety procedures
- Assist with production and warehouse operations as needed
- Operate forklifts and safely handle materials and finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Forklift experience required or ability to obtain certification
- Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented work ethic
