Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring at our St. Mary’s, WV site for a Rotational Shift trainee supporting Sim Ex Rigid Operators. The role focuses on safety, quality checks, and preparing to advance to a Rigid Operator.
You’ll work a 14-in-28 rotation with day shifts (5:40 AM–6:00 PM) and night shifts (5:40 PM–6:00 AM), training on day shift, with starting pay $17/hour, up to $24/hour plus a $1.25/hour night differential. Benefits start day 1, including medical, dental, and vision.
