Multiple Locations Across West Virginia

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are needed for local contract, per diem, and travel assignments at skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across West Virginia. Current openings are available in Charleston, Huntington, Morgantown, Parkersburg, Beckley, Wheeling, and Clarksburg, with additional opportunities throughout the state.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, quick start opportunities, and assignments in skilled nursing, long term care, post-acute, and rehabilitation settings.

Local contract and per diem assignments: $26.00-$36.00 per hour depending on shift, experience, facility, and location

Travel assignments: $1,050-$1,400 per week equivalent blended rate

Higher rates may be available for nights, weekends, and select assignments

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient condition and report changes in status
• Document care, observations, and treatments accurately in the medical record
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and care team members
• Follow facility policies, state regulations, and clinical standards of practice
• Support quality care in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long term care environments

• Active West Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain West Virginia licensure
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• At least 1 year of LPN experience preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, long term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work assigned schedule and meet attendance expectations

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience
• Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience
• Experience with electronic medical records including Point Click Care  or similar systems
