Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering efficient nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
Must be a graduate of an approved vocational nursing program and currently licensed or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
