Registered Nurse Supervisor

Genesis HCC seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will oversee clinical care delivery, coordinate patient care plans, mentor and schedule RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Genesis policies. The role includes patient assessments, care planning, medication administration oversight, and quality/safety monitoring. You will collaborate with physicians and families, support discharge planning, and model compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting continuous learning and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Perform and oversee patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate and monitor medication administration and clinical treatments
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Genesis policies and regulations
• Oversee clinical documentation and use of EHR systems
• Support and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; assist with scheduling and staffing
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on patient care and discharge planning
• Monitor quality, safety, and infection control practices and drive improvements
• Respond to changes in patient condition and provide clinical guidance to staff
• Promote a compassionate, patient-centered, team-based culture of care
