Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The ER RN will provide emergency nursing care in a small critical access hospital, delivering rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies. This position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a community-based emergency department setting.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required
• Active RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience working in emergency or critical access hospital settings preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills required
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required
• Ability to work independently in a smaller hospital environment required
• Flexibility to work 36 or 48-hour schedules preferred
