As a Punch List Coordinator
, you organize the entire process regarding outstanding items during mechanical completion and handover.

You ensure that punch items are correctly registered, prioritized, assigned, followed up, verified, and formally closed.

• Coordinating system/area walkdowns together with construction, QA/QC, engineering, and pre-commissioning.
• Registering and classifying punch items according to project procedures and agreed priority categories.
• Assigning actions to responsible disciplines and daily follow-up of closure dates and overdue items.
• Monitoring the quality and completeness of punch descriptions, locations, reference documents, and evidence of closure.
• Organizing re-inspections and verification of implemented corrections.
• Preparing punch status reports, dashboards, and escalation lists for construction/completions management.
• Aligning punch closure with mechanical completion dossiers and system handover to pre-commissioning.
• Managing punch data in the project completions system or other digital trackers.

• Experience with punch listing, completions, QA/QC, or mechanical completion in an industrial project environment.
• Good understanding of construction handover and the interface between construction, quality, and commissioning.
• Experience with completions databases such as WinPCS, PIMS, Hexagon/Smart Completions, or similar tools is an asset.
• You have strong administrative skills but are also willing to be present in the field regularly.
• You are strong in stakeholder follow-up, prioritization, and escalating bottlenecks.
• Good knowledge of English;
  Dutch is an advantage.

Education: Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in completions/QA/QC/field coordination

• VCA-basis or VCA-VOL certification desired.
• Technical E&I knowledge is a significant asset for this project.
