Job DescriptionPosition: Tennis Sales Clerk
Department: Tennis
Primary Responsibilities- Tennis pro shop retail sales
- Maintaining cleanliness of the shop and fitness facility
- Reservations for tennis and fitness and guest services
- Tennis merchandise inventory
- Arranging shop merchandise and displays
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Weekend availability
- 8 hour shifts varying from 6:00 AM-7:00 PM
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria in addition to the Ten Essential Attributes for All Employees.
Past Work Experience Requirements- Retail with guest experience preferred
- Knowledge of tennis, fitness and croquet
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to listen and speak well
- Communicate in a positive and confident manner
- Professional and polite
- Point of Sale register preferred
- Money handling experience preferred
- Computer skills: data entry
- Initial training, then working independently
- Independent problem solving
- Consistent demonstration of the Ten Essential Attributes
- Able to adapt easily to change
- Multi-tasking and detail to work
