You'll run company-generated, pre-qualified appointments-both in-home and virtual-conduct thorough needs assessments, and present tailored solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation. Using a consultative, value-focused approach, you'll build trust, handle objections, and close high-ticket projects while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with residential homeowners
• Deliver persuasive, solution-based sales presentations for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and insulation
• Qualify leads, uncover needs, and build trust through expert product knowledge
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing options
• Follow up diligently to close high-ticket exterior renovation projects
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales activity and pipeline
• Collaborate closely with marketing and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
• Stay current on product offerings, installation methods, and industry best practices
• Represent Home Genius Exteriors professionally and uphold company values
