Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or drivers following site-specific access-control procedures;
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain entry and exit records;
Control vehicle, employee, contractor, and visitor access in accordance with site requirements, escalating as needed;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting observations and actions;
Conduct regular/random patrols of access areas, facility grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns
