Maintenance Technician

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat‑Rate) for our growing team. We look for individuals with advanced diagnostic and repair skills in Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators, and body repairs. Passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems is essential.

As a Service Technician, you will provide complete diagnostic, repair, and replacement services to customers and maintain a safe, clean work area.

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.

• Certification from college or technical school in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, or related trade is preferable but work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year of service technician experience or related field experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, RV service is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Exposure to heights and electrical or welding hazards, as well as environmental conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness, will occur.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending required.

Pay range: $22.00‑$53.48 per hour, depending on skills, experience, licensure, and other business considerations.
