HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Required Skills
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, painting; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; able to read schematics and perform basic math. WV Driver’s License required. HS/GED, 2 years work experience and/or trade school.
Preferred- WV State Fire Marshall-Apprentice Electrician or greater
- WV Div. of Labor HVAC Technician Certification
- WV Div. of Labor Plumbers Certification
- Any WV Div. of Labor Specialty Licenses
Applicant will be subject to drug testing, background check (must clear NACI Investigation), and providing references.
