Distribution Center Associate

United Talent Staffing is looking for dependable, energetic Distribution Center Associate to support our distribution teams in the Fairmont & White Hall, WV area. This is a great opportunity to earn steady weekly pay, gain hands‑on experience, and work in a fast‑paced environment during our busiest time of year. No experience? No problem, we’ll train you!

• Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Sort, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals

• No prior warehouse experience required, training provided!
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the shift
• Good attention to detail and a strong attendance record
• Able to work assigned shift hours

$10/hr

Monday‑Friday shift varies based on location:

• 6am‑2:30pm
• 8am‑4:30pm

• Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
• Unlimited referral bonuses!
  • Earn $40 when your referral works 40 hours
