Auto Mechanic and Engine Mechanic

We are looking for experienced auto mechanics and engine mechanics to join a growing team. You must have your own tools and toolbox. Must be able to perform routine vehicle maintenance, and diagnose, repair and put back together automobiles, including dismantling engines, transmissions and auto glass. Diesel mechanics are encouraged to apply!

Duties include:

• Diagnose operating difficulties on a variety of vehicles and perform engine checks
• Performed various computerized and electronic diagnostic tests using specialized equipment.
• Interpreted trouble codes and other information from electronic scanners and test analyzers.
• Accurately completing all customer work orders and inspect vehicles for safety concerns.
• Oil/Filter Changes and tire changes

Location:

Belleville, IL Position type:
Full time, Evaluation Hire Pay: up to $35/hr BOE Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (possible Saturdays)

Qualifications:

• 2 years of auto mechanic and engine mechanic experience
• Must have your own tools
• ASE certified preferred
• HVAC, collision repair, lube/tire tech experience preferred
