Vocals Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a Vocals Teacher to provide high-quality private and small-group voice lessons in our retail lesson studio. You will teach students of all ages and levels, focusing on healthy vocal technique, pitch, ear training, and performance skills while tailoring lessons to individual goals. Partnering closely with store staff, you'll help grow lesson enrollment, prepare students for recitals and auditions, and maintain accurate schedules and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group voice lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Develop customized lesson plans focused on technique, music theory, and performance skills
• Prepare students for recitals, auditions, and school or community performances
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Maintain accurate lesson schedules, attendance, and student records
• Collaborate with store staff to support lesson enrollment and student retention
• Promote Music & Arts programs, instruments, and materials that support student learning
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment in the lesson studio
