Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. This role requires consistent availability during that window, though exact shift times may vary.

  • Location: This position primarily covers the Fairview Heights center but the ability to travel to any of the area centers on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory. Reliable transportation is required.
Your Role:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial work experience-ideally in patient-facing or customer service roles. A stable and consistent work history is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in psychology or any human services related major; AND at least one combined year of work or internship experience, required. Preference for healthcare or behavioral health experience.

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced

    MD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.
