We are hiring a Recruiter for our Fairview Heights branch. This position is available immediately.
The role of the Recruiter is to develop long‑term recruiting strategies, source candidates through various channels, develop trusting relationships with potential hires, educate, and recruit field personnel and professionals based on regional operational needs. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

ADA Requirements:Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent). Some college preferred.
- Travel: Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.
- Work Experience:
- A specific understanding of geographical/cultural requirements of branch office is preferred.
- Ability to use computerized systems.
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Bi-lingual – English/Spanish a plus.
