Team Captain Off Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, accurate product information; uphold merchandising and presentation standards; promote company programs.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to develop 30‑60‑90 day plans supporting business priorities for assigned departments; execute and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate goals to direct reports, assign workload, monitor progress, and create effective schedules to meet athlete traffic demands.
• Build and lead a strong team; source, interview, hire, onboard, and retain direct reports; train and coach teammates; manage performance, conduct reviews, recommend promotions, enforce policies.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; hold teammates accountable for compliance.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail/customer‑facing experience.
• Previous people‑leadership experience preferred.

Targeted Pay Range: $49,500.00 – $63,500.00. Total rewards may include incentive, equity, and benefits. Pay determined by experience, location, and business factors.
