Clinical Nurse - General Medicine

Role

Provides direct patient care in a medical-surgical and oncology unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
• Ensures patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, communicating across care teams.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
• Works in a safety-sensitive position, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

• Minimum:
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN license, no prior experience required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, less than 2 years of experience.
