Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a critical care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medications.
• Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses advanced nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and cultural factors.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.

• RN license required;
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree as minimum education.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of ICU experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills required.
