ICU Clinical Nurse

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Work safely, maintaining alertness at all times as this role is safety-sensitive.

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• RN license required. No prior experience required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience.
