Role Overview

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post‑treatment needs, and medication administration.

• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Participates in maintaining patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development activities.
• Works in a safety‑sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
