Qualifications & Skills- RN licensure required
- Nursing diploma or associate degree; bachelor’s preferred
- Preferred: BSN, cardiac/telemetry, and med/surg experience
- No prior experience necessary; leadership experience not required
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
