Receive and organize merchandise and stock the stockroom;
Pick, pack, and process trailers for orders;
Retrieve orders from back-of-house storage and deliver curbside to customers;
Monitor Ready on Time (BOPS) alerts to ensure timely pickups;
Assist customers on the floor and at curbside with hospitality and issue resolution
