Five Below - 5927 North Illinois Street - Responsibilities:
Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.;
Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively and provide excellent customer service.;
Assists with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for rapid placement on the sales floor.;
Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.;
Manages opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring a smooth daily operation.
