The Role:

As a Furniture Sales Consultant , you’ll guide customers through meaningful decisions for their homes. This is not high-pressure sales. It’s about building trust, offering thoughtful guidance, and following through—every time.

What You’ll Do :
Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism

Listen carefully to understand lifestyle, space, and needs

Help customers visualize furniture in their home—comfort, scale, and style

Educate customers on materials, construction, care, and long-term value

Offer honest recommendations, even when it means steering someone away from a sale

Manage details with accuracy (measurements, fabrics, configurations, delivery expectations)

Follow through on commitments and timelines

Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
