Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated call center representative to set in‑home demonstration appointments with prospective clients for our Design Specialists. The role involves handling inbound calls generated through marketing campaigns. No cold calling or sales is required.
Responsibilities- Schedule in‑home demonstration appointments for prospective clients.
- Use provided scripts during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow‑ups.
- Support the team in achieving appointment conversion goals.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Outgoing, energetic, and motivated personality.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
- Call center experience is a plus.
Pay range: $16–$19 per hour plus bonus upon training completion.
