Design Sales Professional Consultant - Baths

We specialize in a wide range of exterior products, from sunrooms and baths to fencing, decks, windows, and siding. We are seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Professional to manage and grow our presence in the St. Louis Metro East area. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building relationships, creating estimates, and closing projects. You will have the autonomy to run your territory while receiving the support of a established, reputable brand.

• Conduct in-home consultations, measurements, and create estimates for customers.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing our family-owned values.
• Work alongside the Sales Manager to strategize for maximum market penetration.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, with excellent attention to detail.

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance (meeting company policy: 250/500/250).
• Proven sales experience with a track record of increasing revenue.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Resilience and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the building/construction industry is a strong plus.

• Earnings: Strong base pay with uncapped commission. Total compensation potential of $70,000 - $200,000+ per year.

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 8 PM;
  Friday & Saturday half days.
• Territory: St. Louis Metro / Metro East Area / St. Charles (No overnight travel).
