The Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced and dependable Deck Installer Subcontractors to support our growing workload. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and finishing decks according to project plans and client specifications. This role is ideal for independent contractors who have their own tools, equipment, and expertise in delivering high-quality outdoor construction work.
Your Responsibilities:
- Complete deck installations and repairs per project scope, drawings, and building codes.
- Provide labor, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the work.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other subcontractors.
- Prepare sites, including demolition, layout, and cleanup.
- Deliver projects on time and within agreed schedules.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing the company.
- Proven experience as a deck installer, carpenter, or subcontractor in residential/commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of deck building materials (wood, composite, vinyl, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Must have own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of safety standards and local building codes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must carry general liability insurance.
- Must provide W-9 and proof of insurance.
- Must follow all company policies and job site safety requirements.
- A stable, Monday-Friday schedule.
- All required materials for the job.
- High quality products and premium materials.
- All jobs are staged the night prior for and easy in and out load out each morning.
- $100k-$400k a year (Contractual Piece Work)
