Bath Installer Foreman

Description

You will be responsible for the professional installation of wet space bathroom systems and complete bathroom remodels. This position requires expertise in demolition, construction, plumbing fixture installation, finish carpentry, and customer service. The installer must ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.

• Complete installations within scheduled production timelines.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Minimize callbacks through quality workmanship.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
• Consistently follow company installation standards and procedures.

Experience with wet space systems, shower installations, and bathroom renovations.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.

Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.

Competitive hourly wage based on experience, skills, and certifications.

$60,000 – $100,000+ annually for foreman, depending on experience, productivity, and performance.

Performance-based bonuses may be available for quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and project completion goals.

Experienced foreman can earn upwards of $50 per hour.
