Core Functions- Learn how to maintain orders and communicate with guests.
- Learn to communicate catering needs to kitchen.
- Learn to manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
- Learn to facilitate deliveries.
- Previous catering and/or Chick‑fil‑A experience.
- Enjoys serving others.
- Ability to work independently or as a team player.
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative.
- Detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Works well under pressure.
- Takes instruction and direction well.
- Demonstrates good communication and social skills.
- Availability includes 4am‑7am time window.
- Will cross‑train in the front and back to have full operational knowledge.
