Reserve Care is seeking an On-Call Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide after-hours home care in the Fairview Park area. Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday 4:30p–5:00a, plus one 10-hour weekday shift 4:30p–3:00a. 34 hours are paid as 40.
Responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs, delivering intermittent skilled nursing under physician direction, managing pain and symptoms, supporting families, and maintaining documentation. Ohio RN/LPN license required; BS preferred.
