Registered Nurse - Pediatric;

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) providing skilled nursing care in the home setting for pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients.

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
• Delivering care according to prescribed orders
• Monitoring signs and symptoms to detect physiologic and psychosocial changes
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting patient data and nursing diagnoses

• Current RN licensure in the practicing state
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience
