You will deliver prescribed medical treatments and personal care to terminally ill patients in collaboration with a transdisciplinary team at diverse settings.
You will assess needs, manage pain, educate families, and coordinate the Plan of Care with physicians. A current OH RN license, CPR, and valid driver’s license are required; hospice experience
