Zaremba Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance and service support for Fairview Village Apartments. This is a 40-hour-per-week, on-site role with an on-call schedule that rotates among team members.
Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, plumbing repairs, appliance repairs, HVAC and electrical work, preparing vacated units, pool upkeep, snow removal, painting and light carpentry, and assisting with special projects as needed.
