We're seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to support financial reporting, grant accounting, budgeting, audits, and compliance activities within a complex, multi-fund environment. This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash activity, fixed assets, grant accounting, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor compliance with funding requirements, internal policies, and accounting standards.
• Serve as a resource to internal teams by providing financial guidance, training, and systems support.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, Excel, and ERP/accounting systems.

• Government, public sector, nonprofit, or grant accounting experience.
• Experience supporting audits, fixed assets, or multi-fund accounting environments.
