Staff Accountant
Located in NE Portland
Pay: $70-90,000 depending on experience

What you will be doing as a Staff Accountant:

• Process AP and AR, including invoices, collections, deposits, allocations, and P-card reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries, bank and account reconciliations, and support month-end close
• Monitor daily cash activity, transfers, and outstanding items
• Assist with audits, grant reporting, compliance, and administrative accounting support

What you bring as a Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• AP, AR, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Strong Excel and accounting system skills

Nice to have:

• Government, school district, nonprofit, or fund accounting experience
• Grant or audit exposure
