Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS);
Restorative Practices;
Special Education processes and procedures; trauma informed practices; best practices around social emotional learning as well as your knowledge of K-8 curriculum and instruction. Be open to continue the work with teachers analyzing data to inform instruction, leading the RTI process as part of the shared leadership model, and using the strengths of staff to advance student achievement.

Principal, Middle School

Minimum 2 years of experience as a building administrator in a K-12 school;
Master’s degree from an accredited university;
Appropriate Oregon administrative license;
Bilingual preferred;
Previous experience working in a diverse secondary setting;
Valid driver’s license;
Oregon fingerprint and criminal check clearance.

• Collaborate with teachers to collect and use external and internal data for the purposes of student growth.
