Senior Global IT Vendor and Finance Analyst / IT Vendor & Fin Ops / Hybrid / Fairview, OR
Our client is a global manufacturing organization. Based out of Fairview, Oregon, they are looking to hire a Senior Global IT Vendor and Finance Analyst on a full-time (FTE) basis.
This is a brand-new role reporting into the Global PMO with high visibility and direct interaction with senior IT leadership. The #1 draw of this opportunity is the chance to build and own IT Vendor Management and IT Fin Ops processes from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone with a corporate finance mindset who enjoys driving efficiency, identifying cost savings, and shaping best practices—without people management (for now).

Full-Time / Permanent Required Skills & Experience
- Experience managing and coordinating IT vendors (onshore, nearshore, offshore)
- IT Fin Ops experience managing budgets, forecasts, and spend across software, hardware, licensing, and services
- Ability to establish best practices, identify cost savings, and improve efficiency across IT financial operations
- 5+ years of IT finance and/or FP&A experience
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar)
- Experience with IT asset management and procurement processes
- Knowledge of modern software licensing models
- Experience with risk management and audit processes
- PMP, CPA, or CISA certifications
- IT budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- IT vendor management and contract oversight
- Financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI development
- Cloud and SaaS spend optimization
- Develop and manage annual IT budgets and rolling forecasts
- Track actuals vs. budget and analyze variances
- Monitor IT spend across hardware, software, licensing, and services
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Verify invoices and ensure accurate vendor billing
- Support procurement, renewals, and vendor selection (RFPs)
- Establish and maintain a centralized contract repository
- Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and risk
- Build dashboards and reports for IT leadership and executives
- Partner with IT, Finance, and business leaders on financial alignment
- Support project managers with financial tracking and resource allocation
