Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 + monthly bonus projected to be an additional 20%

Location: Fairview, OR - hybrid flexible after 90 days

About the Role

This is a high-impact, global position that sits at the intersection of Finance and Information Technology. As the Finance Systems Business Lead, you will be the primary steward of the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP platform, ensuring it evolves alongside the company’s global business strategy. This role is not just about maintenance; it is about leading implementations, translating complex financial needs into technical solutions, and driving system stability across multiple regions.

You will act as the vital link between the North America Finance team and global IT stakeholders, making you the "go-to" expert for financial system enhancements and process optimization. It is an ideal role for a self-motivated professional who enjoys the challenge of global collaboration and has a technical mind for ERP architecture.

Job Duties

• System Leadership: Serve as the Global Finance Business Lead for JDE E1 9.2 implementations, upgrades, and ongoing functional support.
• Requirements Translation: Analyze user needs and translate complex finance and accounting requirements into functional system specifications and solutions.
• Technical Design & Analysis: Lead system design reviews and application analysis to ensure all enhancements align with global finance processes and internal controls.
• Testing & Deployment: Plan and execute comprehensive testing activities, including UAT coordination, integration testing, and the development of test scripts.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements to improve data integrity and operational efficiency across the global corporate structure.
• Tool Management: Manage and optimize integrations between JDE and other critical business applications such as Boomi, Black Line, Concur, and HFM.
• Global Collaboration: Work daily with internal business partners, global IT teams, and external vendors to drive project success and resolve technical issues.
• Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain procedures, reports, and training materials to support end-user adoption and change management.
• Audit Support: Provide technical insights and data support for internal and external audit functions as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or Master’s degree is a significant advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance or business application design, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Required:
  
  At least 1-2 years of practical experience with JD Edwards ERP systems (9.1, 9.2, or XE).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and transaction flows within a global ERP environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Technical familiarity with JDE programming languages and modules related to distribution or manufacturing is a huge plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset for resolving complicated system discrepancies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively within a cross-functional, global team.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support regional implementations.
