• Provide day‑to‑day functional support for JD Edwards (JDE) finance modules (GL, AP, AR, and related processes)
• Troubleshoot and resolve finance system and transaction issues impacting accounting operations
• Execute and support system testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Assist in month‑end close support, including GL reconciliation and issue resolution
• Partner with Finance and IT to gather requirements and translate them into system changes
• Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and implementation activities
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials
• Support audit requests (internal and external) and ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent ERP functionality across regions
• Work within a broader finance systems ecosystem including tools such as Black Line, Concur, and HFM

• 3–5+ years in ERP / Finance Systems / Business Systems Analyst roles
• Strong hands‑on experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One (preferred) or similar ERP systems
• Background in finance or accounting support environments (GL‑focused is key)
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or multi‑site organizations strongly preferred
• Exposure to ERP testing, troubleshooting, and functional support
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a support + execution‑heavy environment (not purely strategic ownership)
