Jacksons Food Stores - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store personnel, evaluate their performance, promote or transfer staff as needed;
Monitor all financial transactions for the store daily and identify reasons for cash or inventory shortages;
Manage store outs and ensure shelves, displays and coolers are restocked;
Ensure weekly product orders are prepared and submitted on time and reconcile deliveries;
Ensure compliance with all city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations including alcohol, tobacco, and lottery sales
