We're looking for a self-motivated, coachable, and competitive Sales Representative who's ready to learn. No previous sales experience is required — our paid training and ongoing coaching are designed to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed.

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Present advertising solutions and manage the full sales process, from first conversation to close
• Develop sales, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.

• $16.80/hour- up to $25/hour (Performance-based)
• 10–20% commission
• $1,000–$2,500 monthly bonus opportunities
• Daily cash incentives
• Weekly pay + $100 sign-on bonus
