Fairview, OR Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements: 2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience required Stand-up forklift experience required Experience with inventory control, order picking, shipping, and receiving preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Job Duties:

Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations Assign work and monitor productivity to meet daily goals Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory activities Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives Enforce OSHA and company safety policies through routine inspections Communicate shift priorities, operational updates, and production goals Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce errors Physical Capabilities:
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Additional Requirements:

Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required Must be willing to assist in other departments as needed Strong focus on order-picking accuracy and quality
