Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Looking for Warehouse Lead jobs in Fairview where leadership and organization drive results? This opportunity lets you oversee warehouse operations, support your team, and help ensure products move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the supply chain.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Manager career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience required
• Stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience with inventory control, order picking, shipping, and receiving preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations
• Assign work and monitor productivity to meet daily goals
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory activities
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies through routine inspections
• Communicate shift priorities, operational updates, and production goals
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce errors

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
• Must be willing to assist in other departments as needed
• Strong focus on order-picking accuracy and quality
