Byrne & Jones Construction Nashville is seeking an experienced Prep/Base Stone Foreman to supervise and coordinate all site preparation activities prior to asphalt paving. You will lead prep crews, operate equipment as needed, and work closely with paving crews and project managers to ensure readiness for asphalt placement.
As the foreman, you will uphold OSHA and company safety standards while mentoring crew members and ensuring daily operations stay on schedule and within specifications.
